Description: This project allocation will be used primarily by the Intel MPICH team that is working on the Aurora MPI development. The allocation will be used for evaluation of the MPI optimization developed for the MPI NRE milestones. Specifically, Intel wishes to have access to the Witherspoon nodes on JLSE.
