Description: The ExaIO project team is responsible for developing and enhancing the HDF5 and the UnifyFS products for performing efficient I/O on exascale systems. The team is developing new features, such as asynchronous I/O, caching + prefetching data, unified view of node-local storage, efficient transfers between GPUs and storage, etc. ExaIO team will also work with applications and other I/O libraries to tune I/O performance.
